Pre-Paid Bag Service

If your household produces a limited amount of trash, and thus requires only occasional garbage pick-up, you may qualify for the Pre-Paid Trash Bag Program from Recology Humboldt County.
Senior Service and Pre-Paid Bag Programs

Senior Service Program

Recology Humboldt County understands that the rising cost of garbage service may create a financial hardship for seniors who rely on a fixed income. In addition, we also recognize that many seniors do not produce a large volume of trash.

In an attempt to address both of these situations, Recology Humboldt County has created a Senior Service Program for City of Eureka residents over the age of sixty-five.
